Install safety check valves at the air compressor outlet or air source, at all manifolds, and at all branch lines between the tool and its air source. Check valves automatically reset when pressure is normalized. Larger sizes are available. Contact us to discuss large diameter bull hose applications.

Not recommended for applications requiring 100 percent of available air supply - an additional valve may be necessary on long hose runs

The check valve should be the same diameter as the hose that will be used, do not increase or decrease the hose size from the compressor or manifold after the check valve is installed.

Do not use a check valve of a different size to reach a desired SCFM cut off range

OSHA 1926.302(b) (7): All hoses exceeding ½-inch inside diameter shall have a safety device at the source of supply or branch line to reduce pressure in case of hose failure.
