Bowes style couplings interchange with Bowes 75, National B Series and MacDonald brand couplings. 1/2" 3/4" and 1" are inter-connectable. 3/8" size has a smaller head size.

Pressure rating reduces significantly with use of Bowes style hose shank couplings and clamps. To achieve 500 PSI rating, hose should be assembled with hydraulic crimped hose couplings and threaded Bowes interchange coupling and adapter.
